User roles
You can invite users to manage Addressfinder via the Portal. All you need is their name and email address.
- Agile organisations can have up to 5 users.
- Business organisations can have up to 10 users.
Custom user allowances can be made available on request as an add-on.
Owner
Owners can manage everything related to your organisation, including billing, projects and inviting more users.
Project
Project users can only access the projects they are assigned to. They cannot manage the organisation's billing or add more users. This is great to restrict access to credentials and manage your teams.
Billing
You can add multiple billing contacts in your billing details by adding multiple email addresses separated by commas. They will be sent invoices and other important account notifications by email.
Billing contacts don't have to be part of your list of registered users, though we recommend having the person responsible for your payment method as one of the organisation Owners.
