Pricing
Addressfinder services are billed per organisation.
Our pricing is usage-based, each plan comes with included usage prepaid monthly plus overage billed at the end of the billing period.
All organisations require a valid payment method on file.
Lookups
A successful lookup is the term we use to measure your usage of the Addressfinder services.
Each plan includes prepaid lookups. Once you have used all of your prepaid lookups, the service will keep working and any extra lookups you use will be charged for at the end of the current billing period at the same cost per lookup basis as your selected plan. You will be notified by email when you have reached 80% and 100% of your prepaid lookups.
Address lookup
One successful lookup is counted every time you or a user collects verified metadata. This happens when a user selects a verified address from the autocomplete dropdown or when you make a direct call to the API. The searching and displaying of addresses is not charged.
Email and phone lookup
One successful lookup is counted when an email or phone verification request is made and Addressfinder considers the email address or phone number to be valid. Invalid email addresses and phone numbers are not charged.
Bulk verification
One successful lookup is counted for every address or email verified by the bulk verification tool. Unsuccessful matches are not charged.
Lookup tiers
The price per lookup is a flat rate based on the amount of prepaid lookups.

How many lookups do I need?
You can estimate your usage based on your business needs. For example, how many orders does your online store get every month, etc.
If you are unsure, we recommend starting with a smaller plan. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime.
Plans
All paid plans give you access to the full suite of verification services including address, email, phone and bulk verification as well as unlimited integrations.
Agile
Organisations on the Agile plan have access to:
- 1 set of license keys to use on up to 10 domains at once.
- Technical support by email.
- 5 Portal users to manage your Addressfinder account.
- Payment by credit card.
Business
Organisations on the Business plan have access to:
- Direct API access to build your own verification service.
- 2 sets of license keys to use on up to 30 domains at once.
- Technical support by email and phone.
- 10 Portal users to manage your Addressfinder account.
- Payment by credit card.
- Payment by invoice (annual plans only).
Enterprise
Organisations with bespoke needs can contact us to get a tailored solution including:
- Single Sign-On.
- Advanced IP and firewall features.
- Custom usage for license keys, domains and Portal users.
- Dedicated technical support with uptime SLA.
- Annual quotations provided prior to renewal.
Some Enterprise features can also be made available as an add-on for Agile and Business customers on request.
Legacy Plans
If you purchased a plan that is no longer available, you can remain on this plan until it is discontinued unless you convert to one of our current plans, change your payment method, or otherwise stop using Addressfinder.
Our current offering includes the Agile, Business and Enterprise plans. You can check which plan your organisation is on in the Portal.
To change your plan, go to Billing > Change Plan in the Portal, then select one of the plans available. If you change your plan, you won't be able to return to your previous legacy plan.
